Lubricating grease for roller bearings
DESCRIPTION
Roller grease is a grease made by thickening high-viscosity mineral oil with a new type of metal composite soap and adding additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-rust, and pressure-resistant anti-wear.
Advantage
◎Good water resistance and rust resistance ensure the protection and lubrication of equipment in wet or watery conditions;
◎Excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, which can meet the lubrication requirements of bearings of mechanical equipment with high load or certain impact load;
◎Excellent high temperature resistance. Grease does not flow out of the friction parts at high temperatures, which can effectively extend the service life of the bearing under high temperature conditions.
Application
◎ Suitable for lubricating the roller bearings of small and medium-sized rolling mills, roller bearings of vertical rolling mills, medium-plate rolling mills and plate-turning machine equipment bearings.
◎Temperature range: -20℃－180℃
