But depending on the situation, sometimes grease should be applied to the edge of the bearing to implement cavity lubrication.
2. Pay attention to preventing the mixing of lubricating grease
Avoid the cross use of grease containers and tools, otherwise it will have adverse effects on the grease, such as drop point drop, increased cone penetration, and decreased mechanical stability.
3. Pay attention to the work of replacing new grease
Due to the continuous improvement and changes in the variety and quality of lubricating grease, when using new lubricating grease for old equipment, it should be tested and put into trial before formal use; When replacing new grease, the waste lubricating grease should be removed first and the components should be cleaned thoroughly. When adding lubricating grease, the waste grease should be squeezed out until new grease is seen at the grease outlet.
4. Pay attention to the management of the process of adding lubricating grease
Before receiving and adding lubricating grease, strict attention should be paid to the cleanliness of containers and tools. The grease supply port on the equipment should be wiped clean in advance to prevent the mixing of mechanical impurities, dust, and sand particles.
5. Pay attention to timely replacement of seasonal grease
If the temperature difference between winter and summer plum varies greatly in the environment where the device is located, using winter fat or the opposite in summer will have the opposite effect.
6. Pay attention to regularly changing lubricating grease
The replacement time of lubricating grease should be determined according to specific usage conditions, ensuring reliable lubrication without causing waste of grease.
7. Do not use wooden or paper containers to package lubricating grease
To prevent oil loss, hardening, mixing with moisture, or contamination and deterioration, it should be stored in a cool and dry place.
